Good for pet owners, Lovely owners, Good home cooked food

Loved this place so much! We would love to give 11 out of 10 to Osaree Agro and Art Hub. Started off as a stopover on the outskirts Kolhapur but became a highlight of our trip. It was the most charming, quaint little home away from home. The owners, Mr Prakash and Ms Preeti, made us feel like family. The home made Marathi food was scrumptious! Beautifully decorated place - well done aesthetic, manicured gardens with water features, teal window panes, super cool paintings on the walls. We visited with our two dogs and they loved the open space and playing with Fluto, the owners’ dog who is very friendly. Wonderful farm with sugarcane, drumsticks, papaya. Definitely delivers much more than just an overnight halt. Looking forward to visiting soon again!

Authentic local breakfast handmade by the hosts, excellent way to start the day. Hosts were very nice, and being a pet friendly place almost midway between Bangalore and Mumbai (not very far from the highway too), I would prefer to come again. Affordable too!

The location was next to a sugar mill, which sometimes gave an odour late evenings. But there are scents in the room to overcome that.

it was nature’s haven. The owner is an artist and have painted the whole house with colours and plants. They served their delicious homemade breakfast in the morning with so much love , we are really grateful that we found this place and that beautiful family who is living in peace surrounded by nature. this is what i felt when i woke up at this place : अगर फ़िरदौस बर-रू-ए-ज़मीं अस्त हमीं अस्त ओ हमीं अस्त ओ हमीं अस्त agar firdaus bar-rū-e-zamīñ ast hamīñ ast o hamīñ ast o hamīñ ast

This place was such a fantastic discovery!! We only wanted someplace dog friendly to spend the night on our way to Mumbai but we didn't realize itll be so wonderful. The room was well designed, cozy and comfortable. The farm was so so pretty, great place to walk around. But the absolute best thing about this place is the people. Parth and his family are the most genuine hosts. They are warm, friendly without being intrusive, generous with sharing knowledge and just excellent hosts who really went above and beyond to help us out during our short stay. And Oh my gooood the food!! Would absolutely go back, definitely for a much longer trip. And really wishing them all success in this endeavour!
