Kokomo Farms

One of my favorite places to unplug, be in nature and peace. Beautiful, secluded property, friendliest farm animals, close to the springs, hiking, and sites. Wonderful owners who go out of their way to create an amazing experience for all. Frequent flyer. I love it here.

Beautiful farm with the most wonderful owners, this is the 3rd time I have stayed here!! The cottage is perfect for the solo traveler!!! Beds are so comfy. I will be back

Nothing perfect stay

I loved the simple of it I work out town alot motel motel this was nice quiet country simple living

Staying at Kokomo farms isn't just a night to sleep it's an entire experience. You can feel the tranquility once you step foot on the grounds. The beautiful farm has so much to offer to the guests. From the chickens to feeding the horses treats to walking the grounds and soaking in nature at its purest form. To top it off there is a quaint hot tub to relax in. I highly recommend this stay

This is an actual farm with chickens and horses. You stay in revamped trailers or a shipping container. The shipping container was awesome. Super clean and totally functional. We saw the other "mini houses". One was literally about 10' long. I couldn't imagine staying in one of these. The concept is "off the grid" living with very little impact on the environment. Since it was August in Florida, they had a generator running to run the AC. Everything else was solar powered. You make your own coffee and farm fresh eggs on the porch at the main house in the morning.

Would have enjoyed talking to the owners about their concept. Clearly, they are making a statement with their business. We would have enjoyed hearing more about how this came about. We had very little interaction with the owners. Possibly, they were just being polite and giving us our privacy.

Kokomo Farms is a great place to get away and unplug. We loved the chickens and horses. The staff was very great and very accomodating.

Very peaceful

I was truly grateful that the owner readily offered me a refund due to the fact the accommodations were not readily accessible to my mobility issue. Other than that, the site was enjoyably unique as an adventure.

I did not like that the advertisement did not readily identify the lack of accessibility.

The owners are very sweet and helpful. Our little camper was more than efficient and very clean. We loved all the animals and they supplied treats for us to feed them. We we’re running from the hurricane, the property was well maintained, and very relaxing, best sleep ever! We will definitely be returning. If we could, we would just move in!

Microwave didn’t work, TV reception was a little spotty, but still had programs to watch.
