Villa Lena

Poor Wi-Fi signal. Breakfast was constantly running out of food: bread, salami, vegetables. Extremely untrained staff - the excuse was that they had just started working. There was construction work going on in the pool area, regardless of the fact that we were visitors there. There was always a shortage of sun loungers at the pool. For the price of €420 per day in the pre-season, we expected much, much more. We actually couldn't wait to leave. The accommodation offers extremely poor value for money.

Villa Lena is in a stunning, peaceful part of Tuscany — perfect for a few relaxing days. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is a highlight, and the rooms are stylish with great views. The nearby town of Palaia is also worth a visit for authentic pizza and gelato.

The restaurant (run separately) also felt a bit underwhelming on the service front.

I would have experted to see more Art, Exhibitionist, Artists Working, the Workshops They do Are more for the Kids. But perhaps I was just at a wrong time Slot there. Everything was Great!!

Nice location

Road from Palais very rough. No elevator, too many steps. Breakfast had no juices or egg dishes

Location and the premises are really good, well maintained and clean. Not only the room but the whole premises, I enjoyed spending time at the hotel, bar, restaurant, the gardens and the sunrise. Staff was wonderful, super helpful, very responsive, kind and fast.
