"A perfect, quiet and relaxing stay with the most amazing views"

The views from the farm, and the porch, were phenomenal. It was very peaceful and serene. Amenities were provided for us and everything was super comfortable. It's ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay.

The turn to go towards the cottage was a bit steep, with the whole making it a bit difficult for my car to get up there (it is probably ideal for a 4x4).

"Puppy's favourite apple farm!"

We decided to break away, at the last minute, over the Christmas holiday. With a new puppy, there were very few options available, but Cheverells saved the day! The cottage was beautiful, everything catered for, even a basic first aid kit in the bathroom! Loved the views over Elgin valley, the gorgeous and intimate restaurant, farm walks and peaceful atmosphere. French Bulldog puppy Frankie LOVED that he was allowed to pay with the apple orchard cuttings, "best sticks ever". The additional bathroom storage at the basin (that most places lack) was a lovely surprise. We will definitely be back.

It would be great if the garden was enclosed (for smaller dogs).

"Lovely stay in the Elgin valley"

The cottage we stayed at was lovely and set up with everything we needed. We were attending a wedding down the road, so the location was perfect. The view is beautiful and we had a fabulous breakfast at the restaurant on the property.

There were some electricity issues - municipal problems, not the property's fault at all. Our hosts handled it very well, connecting our cottage to the restaurant's solar setup to ensure we had some power.

It might be nice to include breakfast in the cost of the room, then guests can experience the delicious food

The wood for the fireplace was wet and caused a lot of smoke in the room
