The room was warm and comfortable. We enjoyed visits from Winnie, the Labrador. The rural location was good and it was quiet and peaceful. We were able to travel to Anglesey and also to Liverpool within an hour or so. We had good WiFi access and access to television.

I think my sister in law thought it was a bit too quiet and rural for her. And the farm roads were narrow in places.

A little far out from Abergele as I was travelling alone. Some back roads just room for 1 vehicle

"A fabulous stay in beautiful surroundings, with a friendly helpful host."

We wee made to feel very welcome by our house who was pleasant, chatty and polite. I loved the location, quiet in beautiful country side. Loved the fact that our room opened up onto a little paved area surrounded by nature with seating. The farm yard pets and animals came to our patio doors ( dogs, hens, cockerel and ducks) all very tame . The room was nicely decorated and we had a well presented en-suite.

Although we enjoyed the single track lanes to get to the property I would be a little wary if I returned in the winter especially if I went out in the evening. But then I only have a little micra! And my reversing lights aren’t very bright.

Everything it was amazing lovely room the dogs winnie and Ben loved them they visited us daily the farm was lovely it was so peaceful we loved it we didn't want to leave the room was lovely and clean had everything you needed carnt wait to go back 😊 ❤️

Everything was just perfect..a lovely relaxing stay..winnie and Ben the farm animals staff all very welcoming..would totally reccomend. This was our second stay and won't be the last

There was nothing to dislike..
