"Superb"

Getting away from it all, peaceful surroundings, friendly... Even the chickens are friendly and like to visit!

The tiny roads leading to the property but it's worth it when you get there! Make sure you follow the directions given in your message rather than following the sat nav!

"Wonderful quiet farm location in North Wales"

Wonderful farm location in quiet surroundings with sheep, dogs, chickens and ducks for company! Great base location for Colwyn Bay, Conwy, Llandudno etc and multiple options on facilities.

"The property was OK but as described by bokings.com, was not accurate."

Self catered. The farm stay is very quiet.

The location means you must have a car and the country roads are very narrow so it is sometimes difficult to drive around. If you were an inexperienced driver , it could be a nightmare!! The property as described by bookings.com is far from accurate. The room is basically a motel size room and a lot of the items described were not accurate or miss leading. The property is a long way from a town.

Everything. So friendly. Very clean. Good facilities. So peaceful. Enjoyed having the owners dogs coming to welcome us and a clan of chickens
