Lovely place, great food and lovely stuff

Pleasant stay in the middle of the vineyards. Great views to the Etna and to the sea from everywhere. Nice dinner restaurant with honest food a la carte to reasonable prices, where you also have breakfast with the amazing view in the morning. We just relaxed for couple of days at the end of our Sicily trip,and did a little hike in the forest nearby to a very old oak tree. It's also quite convenient as a start point for Etna tours and for visiting some towns nearby like Taormina etc. The place is being run by lovely people, very friendly and happy to help. Overall great experience!

Be prepared: no Wi-Fi! Also often pure mobile internet reception. Getting there by car might be a bit challenging since you have to go through some little mountain villages with narrow streets. We were there at the beginning of April, so there was (yet)no tent at the big terrace to sit on the couches being protected from the sun.

Lack of strong wifi at the room

Traditional countryside bed and breakfast in a very quiet area, away from noises except the other guests. The garden is beautiful, with olive trees and a large and well maintained swimming pool built with volcanic materials. The views are amazing, you can see the Etna in the horizon. Rooms are large, well decorated, and everything works in perfect order. The hosts are very helpful and friendly -we arrived around 10 in the night and the hosts accommodated for this, thank you! They also run a restaurant in the main house a few minutes down the hill. Abundant dishes, well cooked and tasty, with a limited number of choices to guarantee the freshness of the ingredients. Reasonable prices. The BnB is quite isolated and you need a car to reach it. There is enough parking. The breakfast is quite good, with fresh local fruits and vegetables and several pastries. Rooms have a fridge, which is really comfortable. the area around (Etna park) is simply amazing.

The Wi-Fi in the room was terrible, no reception by mobile phone either. I understand that in a mountain area this is difficult and I am not sure that they can do anything about it, but it is important to keep it in mind if you are really depending on staying communicated.

I ate at the property once. The food was good. Property is in a nice location.

We were promised a good room, however there was almost nothing good in room. Bed was very uncomfortable due to old mattress. Mattress was so worn out we kept sliding to the middle. Curtain rail on door, was dismantled from 1 side, with the risk of getting completely thorn off. Shower very small 70 x 70 and it opens from 1 side only. I cannot understand why they opened for such a small shower as bathroom was quite large. Mobile Network does not reach inside the property, This not fault of owner, however in order to accommodate clients booster signal needs to be installed. Further more there is no Wifi in rooms. On Booking this is hidden as Wifi in Public places.......with actual fact means, no Wifi in rooms.

Our family of four had a wonderful time in this charming property while exploring the wonders of Mount Etna. Nestled among vineyards, with Etna view, the atmosphere is serene, allowed us to unwind in the midst of nature's beauty. The pool – clean, refreshing, and a total hit with the kids after our Etna escapades! The real magic, however, was in the dining experience. The food felt both homely and gourmet – a delightful fusion. It was like having a taste of home-cooked meals with a touch of fancy restaurant elegance. Local wine was an absolute delight. The staff's warmth, hospitality and they were wonderful with the kids, added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The soothing ambiance, the culinary adventure, the fantastic pool made it an unforgettable experience for us.

The room provided comfort and cleanliness, featuring a delightful patio. However, the lack of windows and a leaky shower were noticeable drawbacks. Additionally, the unstable and slow WiFi further detracted from the experience. While manageable for a short stay, these issues did somewhat affect our overall enjoyment.

Beautiful location overseeing the coast on one side and mount Etna on the other. Dinner was excellent.
