I loved the location, the pool, Elisa at front desk was SUPER friendly and helped us book another night very quickly. Breakfast was also very delicious. The gentleman who manages the bar and the courtyard was also super nice - but I can't remember his name!

The beds were a tiny bit on the old side, but they fit the format and the needs just fine. It worked well with the general style and setting of the beautiful property in any case :)

The restaurant was not working 1st day Second day - fully booked, no one of the stuff asked would we like to make a reservation I was poisened myself with a goat cheese from the shop and had a terrible cold during the night where was no blanket. Bar working hours is strange and on tuesdays they do not work during the evening, so the bar is not working, restaurant is fully booked sp for vila guest is nothing to do just to go to explore othero

The reception staff were very welcoming, others were lukewarm. The breakfast had old fruit and old breads ( despite many choices). The bread was very hard. Perhaps offer less choices but freshness is important. The staff who worked the breakfast did not ask if we wanted repeat coffee despite the fact that we did the prior day. We would have ordered dinner or lunch but breakfast was not all fresh. There were very little customers. The house and facilities were interesting historically, it’s a shame that the food was lacking because the building was interesting. Though the decorations were a little tired. Perhaps they have more customers in the summertime.

Beautiful place. We came in a low season so it was very calm. Still we enjoyed the good food and animal farm.

Loved the Tuscany feel , the 2 bedroom ( bathroom) apartment was very warm with heaters in each room and floor heating. Bonus was the animal farm .Large family owned property. Dining room was really something to see!

No kettle in kitchen, no salt / pepper/ oil etc.

Great location, excellent facilities and super staff. Best part of our stay in Italy. We enjoyed the local wine, the quiet walks, the local cuisine and local La Parina store. The reds and white wines were excellent.

The property is incredible, so very Tuscany..A working farm and vinyard with animals, and a beautiful shop selling their products.
