"A little piece of heaven..."

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in, both here and abroad. No designer schick, but 100% pure farm. And waking up to that view of the mountains makes you want to sit with a mug of coffee and just drink it in. Having just moved to Clarens, this certainly wasn't our last visit.

I grew up on a farm, so I'm probably not objective, but I liked everything.

There was no breakfast offered. Loved the quite space. Favourite activities on the farm were watching the stars at night and the hike to the cave. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Lin

Need curtains on all the windows for real privacy especially at night. Felt a bit 'on view'. The shower head was leaking but not a big problem. Initially very concerned about the camera/sensor next to the fan in the main bedroom. No remote could be found.

"Lovely stay at the farm"

We enjoyed our stay at De Molen. We were made to feel very welcome. The views are amazing, and there are many trails one can take. Kids will enjoy the farm animals and friendly dogs. Accommodation has everything you need and is clean and comfortable.

The cellphone reception is not great. There is wifi but can only be accessed in certain areas.

"Poor"

The walls were coming loose from each other there was a gap from the roof right through the floor. This is in the shower this felt unsafe and not acceptable.

"A perfectly equipped guest farm in the center of Clarens and Golden Gate."

Friendly hosts and all necessary amenities. A warm fireplace was just perfect for our winter stay. Fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan dining and lounge area. The kids had a great time too!

We enjoy a bath, but each bathroom had showers, however, it was a short stay, and this served as the needed washing-up routine.
