Location, friendly and helpful owners, great wine

The view and location are absolutely stunning. It’s a perfect place to relax and calm down.

We were a bit surprised upon arrival, as this was supposed to be a Wine & Food accommodation, but there was no information at all about how to buy wine, what the prices were, or what the food situation might look like. initially, we though we can potentially buy food at the location but everything needs to be self-organised. However, there were no cutlery or plates in the room. Overall, we would have felt a bit more welcome if there had been a proper introduction or explanation, instead of just a quick greeting on the side. The breakfast is very basic, but in line with typical Italian standards.

Danielas und Baldos Freundlichkeit. Wunderbare Lage. Traumhafter Blick. Gutes Restaurant in erreichbarer Nähe mit dem Auto. Mückenschutznetze. Eigentlich wollen wir nicht noch mehr loben, aber wir wollen ja auch mal wiederkommen und dann auch noch ein Zimmer :-).

Die Zufahrt ist schon interessant... Wir sind leider einmal aufgesetzt. Ansonsten keinerlei Kritik-

La location era bellissima, ma x il resto molto deludente

La proprietaria che non aveva alcuna idea su come trattare gli ospiti né alcuna predisposizione per fare questo genere di lavoro. La camera non è stata pulita in due giorni di soggiorno e non è stato offerto alcuna spiegazione, e non ci ha nemmeno chiesto se desideravamo questo servizio. La colazione non era degna di tale nome. Stendiamo un velo pietoso.

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön am Weinberg und ist über einen Feldweg erreichbar. Die Besitzerin ist sehr herzlich und auch die Hunde sind äußerst liebenswert. Der Pool am Neubau eignet sich sehr gut zum Schwimmen. Das Frühstück ist insgesamt gut: Es gibt selbst gebackenes Gebäck sowie Müsli mit Joghurt. Wer jedoch etwas Herzhaftes möchte, muss dies extra bestellen und bekommt es nur gegen Aufpreis. Im Zimmer gibt es zwar einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und einen Wasserkocher, geschirrtechnisch jedoch nur Gläser und Tassen, keine Teller oder Besteck.

Pięknie położony i zadbany ośrodek z rodzinną atmosfera. Cudowne widoki na dolinę z licznymi winnicami i górujące nad nią Montemassi. Właściciele bardzo mili i uczynni.

Chambres propres et confortable, hôte très accueillante et donne les informations utiles pour nos différentes excursions! Petits déjeuner copieux. Repas du soir possible sur place. Proche de nombreux points intéressant (maxi 1 heure en voiture). Piscine propre et bien entretenue, hors sol mais très spacieuse et partagée par peu de monde. Vue sublime sur le village et forteresse de Montémassi, calme et jardin isolé. Un endroit vraiment agréable, où nous sommes restés en famille 10 jours.

Peu de facilité pour se faire des repas le midi ou le soir. Petit frigo et 1 des 2 chambres équipée d'un micro onde. Donc il faut prévoir de manger à l'extérieur la plupart du temps ou de prendre le repas du soir proposé par l'Hôte (pas dispo tous les soirs!).
