The view, the comfortable beds, the position, the host was helpful.

Not enough light in the apartment, washing machine was shared with everyone. the street was right underneath our apartment's living area.

This was an absolutely gem to find! The location was perfect - you are only a few minutes drive from Montepulciano city centre, but it’s still nice and quiet at the property. The apartments were lovely and spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the pool.

Christina the host was just so lovely, it was her day off but she stayed in touch with us to check in our arrival time & was there to greet us. She also gave us some great maps, highlighting recommendations for local restaurants & sights to see. The property is so authentic & just what we hoped for as a home style stay. The kitchen is so cute, and very well equipped with a large fridge, freezer. We cooked in one night & sat outside in the lovely garden to eat which was so enjoyable! There is also a restaurant on the property where we went one night.. amazing & very authentic Italian. Lovely large bedroom with very comfortable bed. We even managed a quick swim in the pool which was lovely & refreshing before going to dinner. All in all, a very clean & well kept rustic italian style property! All was great. Only recommendation to other travellers would be that you need a car to stay here. It is on a very busy road & too far out of Montepulciano to walk into town!

Huge,clean and comfortable apartment. The pool was perfect and the location was excellent! Cristina was very helpful and we took her advice on a local picnic place where you could fill a basket with the home made cheese,chutneys,meat,bread and wine and sit with the most beautiful views!

Our stay near Montepulciano was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The house looks fabulous and the yard even more. Even if it wasn’t really hot, we enjoyed valuable time near the pool and the kids were really happy. Overall, it was an experience to be remembered!

Cristina was an excellent host. She was flexible in our requirements and quick to respond to any requests. The accomodation was excellent, exactly what we were looking for and a great base to use for visiting the local area. There was a restaurant attached which offered excellent local food at a price that was more than competitive with the local area.

The only tiny negative was actually more of a positive. The location didn't not offer strong data connections for mobile phones, however as I was trying to escape work, this worked well in my favour :-)
