The apartment was extremely spacious and lovely! The arch doorways, old fashioned skeleton keys, exposed beams and fireplace with seats gave us a true, rustic Tuscany feel. The restaurant was truly amazing- a must go. The food was delicious with authentic Tuscan, family recipes and very well priced. Our host, Cristina was lovely.

We were close to a main road and heard some noise throughout the night.

Everyting was perfect! We absolutely loved it and the owner of the property is one of the kindest person in the world! We even had the chance to rent 2 ebikes and discover tuscany through the property rental. I read in the comments that you can hear at night car noises but that wasn't our case. You cannot hear something.

Friendly staff. Good restaurant onsite. Great views from the pool. Real countryside rustic feel inside the room - antique ceiling and fireplace. Kitchen equipment provided. Easy and ample parking. Good explanations and recommendations by the staff.

Nearby Montepulciano, beautiful view, swimming pool access, restaurant in the building, fully equipped apartment with kitchen, green and peaceful

Bushes around the swimming pool were blocking that beautiful view at the valley so they may need a little trim, other than that everything was perfect

"Authentic farm stay."

The location close to Montepulciano was great, close to Pienza and Montalcino. It was a bit noisy with traffic as mentioned previously. The property itself is situated nicely for views. Christina and staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.

I have looked all over the booking.com site for information pertaining to the opening of the pool and have not seen info. We were under the mistaken assumption that the pool would be open, hence why we booked this place for the end of May, and it was not (despite a week of warm temps). I would recommend making the rule of June 1st more transparent so renters are well informed.
