Lovely location, ideal for a family . Accommodation was ideal, very clean and well furnished, made for a very relaxing visit to the area. Ideally located for King's Lynn and local villages. The owners very welcoming and hospitable.

"Bright, spacious accommodation with excellent facilities in a quiet area."

The location was perfect, set in quiet countryside with a number of options nearby for evening meals. Breakfast items were provided which was ideal as we are happy to make our own breakfast and the kitchen was very well supplied. The rooms were light and spacious and the host friendly.

Situation, quiet, lovely surroundings. Nothing more than 30mins away. High standard of finishing in barn conversion. Very nice. Plentiful breakfast of high standard - all Waitrose.
