"A lovely find in a nice part of the country, just a shame we couldn’t have stayed longer."

Very well appointed lovely accommodation, everything you needed was available plus the breakfast items provided an added bonus. Loved being greeted in the morning by the owners two dogs. .

A small table and chairs to the front of the property would be useful, I know we could have used the owners garden but would have preferred to sit just outside the door. This is not a criticism in anyway, it is just a suggestion.

Beautifully located with a lovely view towards garden from the main window. The kitchen was very generously stocked for breakfast by the host, with home produced eggs and marmalade, Rooms spacious, even the bathroom. Beds exceptionally comfortable and kitchen well equipped.

Beautiful surroundings, tranquil and very clean with everything you need. Stables to the back with a horse, was a joy. Beds really comfortable and linen luxurious.

"Fabulous stay, amazing host."

Amazing stay, the property was stunning and exceeded my expectations. The location was quiet and secluded and only a 10min drive from Pentney Abbey which is why I was staying in Norfolk. Owl Barn was exceptionally clean and tidy and the added bonus of breakfast items was a lovely touch. Susie was there to greet me when I arrived and was super friendly and helpful and was easily contactable, she even helped me with transportation to the wedding which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Norfolk and would love to return myself in the future to explore the area more. Susie was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
