The old lady that was working on the breakfast service was really lovely to us.

Many things. While we had breakfast we realized we were probably the only overnight guests they have had that day, which sounds great right? It would indicate that you would have been alone on the property enjoying the nature and amenities. Well it was not like that. The day before, when we arrived, it was super busy. We went to the restaurant for lunch which was almost full. We found the table in the garden, but the staff told us we cannot sit there as someone else is already using it. There were no things at the table and no people anywhere around it. Mind me, there were multiple empty tables in the garden as well. They told us we could sit in the closed space which was boiling hot due to it being a really hot day. During our whole lunch, the garden tables remained empty and uncleaned. This confirmed my doubt that the staff simply was too lazy to serve us there for an unknown reason. After our lunch we decided to use the pool to relax a bit. We knew the pool was open to the public, but we expected some sort of control over the number of people they will let in. There was no relaxation happening at the pool whatsoever as it appeared every single child who lived in a 30km radius was using the pool. There were so many people everywhere that it felt like we were at some sort of a cheap resort. The only issue was there was nothing cheap about our stay here. We did not expect to be the only people at the restaurant or the pool, but this was too much. People come to these types of agriturismos for some nature and peace. This was exhausting and overpriced for such a low quality experience

Beautiful location. Relaxing pool. Excellent food. Friendly staff. Very clean and cozy.

Not staying more days

Excellent location. Great view. Beautiful surrounding. Restaurant is a great one.

Unfortunately there is one big problem about this accommodation. The Agritourismo guests are somehow the third priority here. Because, It is extremely crowded during the day and the night by other guests. Their first priority is the restaurant guests in the evening. And the second is the pool guests during the day time. Yes, the pool is a public pool and it is extremely crowded by the daily guests. The restaurant is great one. But it is also super crowded by the people from the region. There is no public space for the agritourismo guests. There is no space to sit in the evening and chill. It is not a place for families with kids as there is not much to do to entertain the kids. In the day time pool is good one. But in the evenings, either you have to sit in the restaurant or you have to go to your room. They should have reserved a garden and some picknick tables for the guests. Lastly. They have a great restaurant but their breakfast is very poor. Long story short. If you search a quiet, relax and a real agritourismo place, this is not a place for you.

Very nice swimming pool and restaurant. Nice garden. Good atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent wine collection and cuts of meat.

Very relaxing setting in the countryside, easy to find near brisighella. Restaurant serves very nice food, wine and olive oil from the local region.

Guests from the restaurant leaving at night a little loud when staying in the rooms above but otherwise all good.

Amazing place with exceptional restaurant, one of the best meals i had in a while. Friendly staff, room quite comfortable with an awesome view on vineyards

Bad connection to Faenza. Tried to get by bus, but couldn't figure out the schedule or the bus did not arrive, so the only reliable option was taxi - around 30 euros from Faenza railway station. The place is still amazing
