Willow cottage with private hot tub

Everything was lovely I did see some negative reviews what kinda makes u question but please take no notice.. Everything was lovely

Absolutely amazing location, peaceful with stunning views and lovely walks directly from the property. Hot tub was a bonus too.

Maybe could do with some more utensils for cooking but we managed so not really an issue.

The area was lovely

The car park is tiny had to do a 20 turn to get it out in the morning . There are rules everywhere I understand have guidelines but on everythink felt like you was being shouted at . Need a new couch was like siting on the floor . Asked if could stay little longer then check out was told no as needed to clean they have you clean up and strip the bedding so not sure what they was going to clean for 6 hours then let us check out later . The road going down is tight so only allows one car . The people that live on the cottage was shaking her head at me why I was trying to reverse to let them go past

The cottage was lovely. It was so clean and hot tub was good

The check in time is from 4 pm and check out is at 10, which is a little inconvenient.

Too many rules plastered everywhere, which was very off putting, a little welcome pack would of been nice ( especially for the price ) would of been nice to meet the owners, The strict time of using the hot tub 10am-10pm only , and they do check to make sure it’s not being used after 10pm as it states . The road leading up to hen cloud cottages is horrendous!! Single off road track with big pot holes , do not drive a lowered car if your going here as you will get stuck, and no room to pass if another car was approaching! The kitchen tap was very loose , no lighting in the conservatory, the lights outside are also on a timer they go out at 10pm - we wasn’t made aware of this so had to use our phone lights to see , you have to strip the bed before leaving ( duvet ) had a yellow stain on in 🤢 Cobwebs and spiders - needs a good clean as parts was missed.

Really clean, easy to find and in a great spot. Key safe makes for pretty seamless check in and out :)

Nothing really! a small welcome pack would be a super addition especially if you haven’t brought anything with you. But otherwise nothing to fault ,
