Location was good, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen... bonus it has a beautiful sunrise in the morning :-)

It was a 3 bedroom apartment, we only took 1 room so the other 2 rooms were locked.. We r fine, but the walkway was dim... my girl was afraid at night.

We arrived late as the direction to the property that was linked on booking.com was not really accurate. It pointed us to a wrong house but the owner was very understanding. He waited for us and tried to explain everything even though he doesn't speak English. The villa was cozy, we slept really well there and so does our baby. Everything you need to cook is there. And of course, the view was amazing. Though it was rainy and cloudy all through out our stay there, still it was nice. I can only imagine how it looks like during spring and summer.

beautiful surroundings and a lot of space. Obviously need a car to stay here but it's only about 10mins away to San Gimignano and 30mins to Volterra.

Very charming house at a short distance of San Guimignano. Marvelous place with a nice terrace outside. Everything was impeccable and the owners very friendly and helpful.

Great view, terrace, garden and the indoor fire place.

Conveniently located amid the idyllic Tuscan countryside. My mother, sister and I had a wonderful stay Thank you!

There was nothing we didn't like. We would recommend arriving by car to connect to nearby towns easily and reading the check-in instructions carefully because Google maps takes you a little astray.

Excellent location, perfect place for relaxation. The house is fully equipped, clean and carefully decorated. Teresa, the hostess, is very kind and helpful!!

Perfect location into the Toscany nature!!! Very friendly stuff and the house was fully equipped. Two lovely dogs that our children loved them.
