"Exceptional"

Location is off the main road, quiet and peaceful. Around 10-15 min by car to San Gimignano. I found the place clean, enough space for 4 persons and had everything we needed. The host was helpful and offered support when needed.

"True paradise under the Tuscan sun!"

While Tuscan house only for us! Wonderful views, peace and quiet, breathtaking scenery, beautiful garden, serenity, view of San Gimignano towers at your fingertips.

Mosquitos and spiders, repellent is a must!

"Beautiful Stay"

Beautiful property. It was about 10 minutes from San Gimignano. You will need a car. We had a great time, the property was large and a good getaway. Teresa was always available via phone. We also booked a cooking class at the local winery which was a highlight!

"One of the best Agricultural properties I have ever been."

Isolated peace of land which allows you to live the tuscan experience in full. Only 5min drive from San Gimignano.

"It was relaxing."

Property is located on a small hill next to the road that leads directly to San Gimignano. It is quite and calm with a beautiful view of the landscape, while San Gimignano can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

It’s lovely place, I can feel all tuscany mood. Kind host, good and quiet location, next to San Gimignano. The house was comfortable, equipped with all you need basic. Excellent view at Tuscany fields.We have pleasant stay.

The location is incredible. The rooms are big and clean, but we mostly enjoyed spending time on the terrace as it is very peaceful and quiet! The 2 dogs are very cute and cheeky, we enjoyed playing with them.

A beautiful house with a stunning view! The family that owns the place is lovely & we loved meeting Toto their friendly dog.
