Giovanni was an excellent host. He was so accommodating and adapted to our last minute requests. Borgo La Morra is a gorgeous place in a lovely setting.

We paid through a third party which told us breakfast was included. This wasn't the case but it was only a minor point.

"Het was een zalig verblijf waar je helemaal tot rust komt maar toch ideaal gelegen."

Ligging was ideaal om tot rust te komen maar toch goed bereikbaar. Ontbijt is op bestelling (geen buffet) maar dit doet absoluut geen afbreuk aan de heerlijkheid ervan! Gastheer & gastvrouw zijn heel vriendelijke en staan steeds voor je klaar. Het ganse domein is heel goed onderhouden en gewoonweg prachtig. Een heel mooi verblijf om even van alles te ontsnappen. En toch ideaal gelegen om Bologna & Modena te bezoeken (+- 1 uur), alsook de regio te verkennen.

Tutta la struttura è un sogno. Giardino, piscina, pergola per la colazione, zone relax con vista sulle colline. Davvero un luogo magico. Giovanni, il proprietario è davvero molto gentile e attento ad ogni esigenza.

"The best place we could have chosen for a special trip"

This was a wonderful, peaceful location and everyone was incredibly welcoming. We were made to feel at home, and with only five rooms there was a sense of privacy and personal space. Breakfast outside was special, and Giovanni was very responsive any time we had a question. This was a special trip for our family and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. Awesome views, comfortable rooms, and lovely hosts.

Outstanding property. Outstanding stay at Borgo LaMorra. Borgo la Morra is a magical place, an incredible estate in Tuscany, on the Appennini, just an our away from the cities of Modena and Bologna. Giovanni and his wife have created a wonderful retreat, with exquisite renovation of the property, bringing back all its splendor and beyond. The pool is a gem in and of itself, too. The apartment was spacious, very well designed with all the comforts of modern life. The views from any window, patio, and terrace of the property are just breathtaking! Also, thanks to Giovanni, we were able to visit the Malandrone dairy, cheese maker of Parmigiano Reggiano. An incredible experience. Can't wait to be back! Borgo La Morra is an enchanted place. A true find in Tuscany!
