Colazione non libera ma servita

la pulizia, il panorama, i dolci fatti in casa a colazione

la poca empatia dei proprietari, in piscina l'assenza di sostegni per entrare in acqua

Non posso fare altro che consigliare a tutte le persone che intendono visitare l umbria di godersi l ospitalità la professionalità dell agriturismo LA ROSA , posizione ottima, cibo squisito, pulizia e cambi biancheria ineccepibili e frequenti, camere e appartamenti grandi e comodi, piscina situata in posizione vista vallata da mozza fiato, prezzi più che nella norma e tutto questo condito con la simpatia dei proprietari, concludo dicendo che se il turismo venisse curato e fatto con passione come in questo agriturismo l italia sarebbe al primo posto mondiale incontrastato

This is an amazing property. Paola and Giuseppe are very kind. This will require a car as there is not easy access to public transportation. It is convenient to many beautiful places in Umbria.

Beautiful stay in the spring, relaxing, great breakfast, wonderful hosts. Near some very interesting restaurants.

Beautiful location with an amazing view of the Umbrian countryside. Nice to have use of the pool, especially in the hot summer months. Choice of sweet or savoury continental style breakfast included, which made the accommodation good value. The owners were very kind, and it was clear they took good care of the properties and the grounds. In the yellow room, the memory foam mattress was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was superb. There was also a fridge, which we weren't expecting, and this was a welcome surprise.

I can't think of anything negative to say!

Paola and Guiseppe are super friendly. It was a joy to stay with them. We also had dinner, which was lovely. The views from the farm are amazing, the beds super comfortable.

I wish my Italian skills were better so I didn't have to use Google translate to communicate with our hosts
