ZAZAThe location was beautiful and central, lovely paths to walk on. The inside braai area is wonderful with stunning views of the lake. Spacious and well equipped.
The booking was made for a 2 bedroom house, but on arrival we were shown to a one-bedroom house. The advertisement says 2 bedroom house but the fine print says 1 bedroom. This should be clearly stated in the booking. The wi-fi and Netflix didn't work during our stay.
ZAThe view was excellent. The chalet/home was beautiful. The owners were so friendly.
No water Had to purchase water in order to wash from basin. Had a 2x week old baby with us, which made bathing him impossable for the 2x days he was with us we had to try and resolve the water issue ourselves, as the owners were having difficulty getting someone to assist properly. Water reservoir water was filthy yellow and not hygienic. When we were told to use adjacent facilities, they also did not work (trickle water). Only found out from groundkeeper on the day we left, that their water supplier had closed the water supply to the resort Other than this, I would have recommended this resort without any reservations
