Time spent in the facility was unique. Beautiful and unique place. You can relax here in peace and quiet away from the noise of the city. Birds singing in the morning, swimming pool, and nature. Everything a person needs to relax. The owner is nice and helpful.

"Superb"

It is a very authentic country house with a nice shady garden next to Montepulciano. Intimate atmosphere. The pool is spotless. No mosquitos at all!

The old air conditioner is insufficient and very noisy, and there is only one of it for the 3 bedrooms in the apartment upstairs. So the flat is hot in summer!

Self catering apartment in the countryside located in a valley bottom with woodland surround, accessed by a non-metalled road rather a rough surface in places. A delightful setting and a friendly host.

Distance from town. Booking indicated 1.7 km but it was more than 3k, i.e for us, not in walking distance.
