The apartment is surrounded by lush vegetation and there's plenty of privacy. The apartment came with a fully furnished kitchen. A hair drier was included in the bedroom. AC working well. Communication with the owner is smooth and fast. We were given contact to a local taxi driver who knows how to access the property, so that one night we could avoid worrying about driving. Swimming pool was nice and we had it all to ourselves for the 4 days we were there.

The kitchen is separate from the bedroom, so keep in mind you'll have to step outside to access the kitchen. What I did not expect is that the access road is a single-lane non-paved white road with steep inclines, which does not match with the property main address, but it is right behind it, just a couple of minutes drive away. Above all, the WiFi coverage was pretty bad; no signal in the bedroom, so we would have to step outside in the pool area or in the kitchen to get some signal. Weak phone coverage only in the pool area. No cleaning service is offered, so we had to make due with 2 large towels, 2 medium-sized towels and 1 toilet paper roll for 4 days. There was only one small bottle (200ml but already partially used) of shower gel and no further soap or shampoo.

Close to Montepulciano and pool was lovely. Beds are very comfortable and large bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

House is located in a valley and a bit difficult to drive into

Gorgeous property with a well maintained garden / pool area. Space was perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Lovely house in the Toscan heartland. Great place to stay with friends. Great to have heating on in an unexpected cold wave in april. Complimentary wine from the guests was much appreciated. Would come again.

The road up to the house was just a bit challenging. The weather was too cold to allow us to use the pool.

The pool is great and sunny in the morning hours. The location in the Forest is very silent and you hear just birds and animals speaking.

The road that goes to the appartement is an offroad road. Take care that your car has a higher suspension. 4x4 makes it way easier but without it you manage if you are a good driver.

Brakfast was not included in our booking. Location was excellent for our travelling plans. View from the room window was very nice. In general the hosting was excellent. Our wishes were heard and implemented fast (like the iron and heater for the kitchen).

Kitchen was unexpectedly in different room and you had to go to the kitchen from outside, not directly from your room. Kitchen was cold because of the spring time, but we could have an additional heater. Bed was comfortable. Toilet was also little bit cold because of the spring time. Swimming pool was not in use and it looked little bit half-finished which could also be caused by the winter an spring time and the pool could be taken in use little bit later. It did not harm us at all.

Location is great, in the country side and only a short drive to montepulciano The host Elisabetta was very helpful, meet us at no.15 and took us to the accommodation and offered a free tasting tour of wine and olive oil Apartment had all the required facilities, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen all on the second floor. The 3 apartments are well located meaning we had our own private space The pool is excellent and someone came to clean it every morning At night all you can hear is the trees, animals and sometimes distant music from Montepulciano Private and secluded
