Quinta dos 10

Everything, Quinto dos 10 is a little haven and refuge while it rained and stormed for 75% of my trip. Ana was very welcoming and quick to respond to queries/requests. Beautiful location, quiet and serene; bright comfortable and curated living space that is well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked, including provision of condiments milk egg cheese and yogurt. Loved the technological aspect to access venue and reliable secured fast internet.

Everything was absolutely wonderful — from the location and facilities to the communication. We were even pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to an apartment. When we arrived, there was food waiting for us in the fridge and fresh flowers in a vase, which was such a thoughtful touch. The accommodation is set in an orchard, which gives the whole place a very charming and peaceful atmosphere. There is also a swimming pool and a hot tub available. We made full use of both — we’re a bit like polar bears and enjoy the cold! Ana was incredibly kind, and everything was simply perfect. We will definitely return one day.

The fact that São Miguel is a humid island is naturally reflected in the accommodation. However, it didn’t bother me at all. On the contrary, I actually slept very well in the slightly more humid environment — much better than in the overheated and overly dry rooms we are used to in Central Europe.

Ubytování bylo naprosto perfektní. Útulné, prostorné. Mělo vířivku i bazén, i když jsme ho teď v zimě nevyužili 😊

Die Serenität, der paradiesische Garten, die wunderbare Vegetation, machen diese Unterkunft zu einem Erlebnis. Zudem war die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberin unglaublich wohltuend! Jederzeit gerne wieder, wenn wir auf den Azoren sind!

Amazing stay! Gorgeous garden and pool. Super friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Location is very convenient and close to everything but feels super secluded. We were lucky to see all lily beladonna in bloom
