Everything! The villa was very beautiful and Ana (the owner) did everything to make us feel at home. She even brought us a Birthday cake. Lots of compliments!!

Ana, the owner, was incredible! So welcoming and helpful with information that was useful during our stay. She owns a B&B down the road, and she even invited us to come join them for breakfast any morning of our stay. The property was gorgeous and very well stocked with all the items we would need during our stay.

Several of the neighbors have very noisy dogs that woke us during the night several times during our stay. If you're traveling with children you may want to bring a white noise machine.

Really pleasantly located at the outskirts of Ponta Delgada, Quinta dos 10, is a great accommodation. The host & team are doing an incredible job in cleaning and making you feel welcome. Wonderful hot tub and nicely decorated home. Parking was great as well!

Almost everything. Clean and new, I choose this property because of the Jacuzzi. My parent love it. It is a time to truly relax and escape from the busy world. Thank you so much

The room walls are very thin and do not keep sound. But it's fine, not big problem.

Very clean villas in a small farm, only 3 parties at maximum, quiet and friendly, in a orange / citrus / banana plantation, with a pool and a jacuzzi. The farm is surrounded by ancient-looking walls out of lava stone, and boasts an equally ancient-looking lookout tower. My kids did love the cat that came visiting frequently

The villa we were in was towards the unpaved road, and garbage collection happens at 3 a.m. Not a typo. Plus, there is a very communicative dog living across the road which did bark in conversation with others quite a bit, which can be disturbing if like us you tend to sleep early.

Everything was amazing.

We had a great time at this place. Everything was very clan, the beds was very comfortable, the kitchen was full equipped and offered a great coffee.  Very clean beautiful property, with nice view, very quiet and relaxing … we loved the chickens, also very friendly :) Anna and her Family are very friendly. They took very good care of us und we got some homemade cake, and some other delicious staff like cheese, marmalade. Definitely worth to stay there and we would go back there
