Oh, such a beautiful house and a very welcoming host. Two gorgeous friendly dogs. The room was very spacious, clean, and cool despite the warm weather. The swimming pool looked crystal clear, but we are not pool people anyway. I made a mistake and split some olive oil on the tablecloth, but our host was so forgiving.

This comment is not about the property, but about the area in general. The roads are very narrow and winding, but I suppose this is what one can expect from a countryside stay. Difficult to get to a restaurant in the evening, as we had to drive to get to the restaurant and on the way back it was dark and very difficult to drive (especially for older people). And finally, we would have appreciated having a coffee making facility in our bedroom, or simply access to the coffee machine in the common area.

This is an old estate building built in 19th century. Giancarlo was very kind to give us a tour. We also walked around his olive tree garden.

The host is really kind and the location is really quite located. Even with passing the entrance with your your is a special experience.

The bed in our room could be a little bit more comfortable.

The rooms are large, spacious and spotless clean. The property boasts of a very large outdoor pool where one can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was exceptional, freshly prepared by host Giancarlo. Highly recommended for visiting the nearby towns of Modica, Noto, Ragusa, Syracuse amongst many other.

From the moment we arrived, Giancarlo made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The farmhouse itself is a beautiful blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The grounds are equally lovely, with room have plenty of space, well-maintained swimming pool and relax amidst picturesque countryside views. Giancarlo was the epitome of a perfect host. He was full of great tips and accommodating but also genuinely friendly and attentive to our needs. Whether it was offering insightful tips on local attractions or ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, their hospitality exceeded our expectations. The location is another highlight. It served as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding towns and attractions (Modica/Ragusa/Siracusa/etc). With Modica just a short drive away, we were able to easily visit shops, restaurants, and fascinating historical sites. In summary, our stay was wonderful. As we have arrived off season, we didn’t get to experience lunch/dinner served in facility. However, each breakfast was excellently served by Giancarlo.

Great hospitality, good recommendations for things to see in the area. Would visit again!
