beautiful setting, very peaceful. staff and facilities very good.

the route we took from Marmore Falls was horrendous. The biggest pothole I have ever seen. The terrible road went on for approximately 10 miles. The route was over the mountains, make sure you check before starting . Google maps said this was the shortest route, make sure you take the longest.

Wonderful location in the mountains of Umbria. The owner and the staff were fantastic and were very welcoming. My kids had the opportunity to ride the property's horses and just loved it!

An amazing location, with sensational views. Relaxed atmosphere, amazing & helpful staff. The animals were friendly and approachable. The accommodation had everything we needed. The addition of the new pool has taken this place to another level. Not to forget the amazing and tasty food.

Everything! starting with the prompt response to all questions before our arrival, to the great service during our stay. Location is fantastic, you eat very well and kids had the chance to ride horses with a very passionate guide. Will certainly come back!

It is a magical place, very beautiful. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was superb and the wine very nice.
