Finca La Magia

The location is quiet and beautiful, in an authentic farm setting with trees around. The outdoor shower design is pretty cool.

No flushing toilet. I don’t think compost toilet is a very good idea in such a tropical place where mosquitoes are already a big problem. Neither is it necessary since there is running water available. The mattress is old and pillow smelly.

It was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Pillows was well used and pathetic.

One of the staff stole $664 from me. They denied it, naturally, and the police were useless. Dan is never there so don't expect to see him or get help from him. Internet, messaging only. Every breakfast is $8 not from $4. A bit expensive for what you get. I understand its in the middle nowhere, but fruit from the trees are expensive. And the portions are small. Mosquito nets are full of holes that are big enough for mosquitos to get through. No central light for the dorm room. Individual lights and power sockets don't work. Some do. The toilets and showers are in need of updating are you are able to see through thr bamboo and wood. Solar garden lights would be nice to be bale to see to go to the rooms and not trip and injure yourself. There was no WiFi for the whole time I was there and for the previous 15 days. No lockers in the room. Door to the room didn't shut not able to lock.

Le lieu est vraiment magique, en immersion avec la nature avec des chambres ouvertes et aérées. Parfait pour ceux cherchant l'essentiel ! Delfa et Yan Carlos sont adorables, prêts à rendre service, et en plus on mange de délicieux plats 100% faits maison !!

El trato recibido por Delfa, es una anfitriona excepcional. Cenamos en el alojamiento y ha sido de lo mejor que hemos comido en el país. Delfa nos cocino con producto propio desde el arroz, los frijoles hasta la pasta. Las mascotas que tienen son un amor!!! Todo muy natural, vimos monos cerca nuestra, aves y mariposas.

Tranquilidade no lugar, contato com a natureza, lugar perfeito para desfrutar o meio rural rústico, além das pessoas serem muito amáveis no atendimento.

Faltou Internet Wi-Fi, pir falha no roteador.

This is a working farm as others have mentioned. It is a little more remote which is part of its charm. Our hosts were amazing and the food fresh and delicious. The bed was comfortable and we loved hearing the monkeys.if you go to this delightful Finca and see a kitten named manana give her a kiss for me!

Super beautiful family run Homestay in the middle of the jungle. Definitely some roommates like spiders and bugs but you got a mosquito net for your bed. My favourite was the outdoor shower and the freshly, self-grown cooked food and shakes. Amazing spot to learn a little bit about the local life on Ometepe and practise your spanish!

Be aware that the road to the property is pretty hard and dark. So keep in touch with the owner if you drive there on your own at night!

This place is something really special. Victor and Delfi made us feel so welcome in their little green paradise. The facilities are very nice, everything is made out of Bamboo and the food cooked by Delfi is fresh and sooo tasty. You shouldn't miss this place If you are looking for a relaxed time on the Island. It is close to the starting point of the waterfall hike.
