Clean and spacious room, comfortable. Nice garden, patio and swimming pool. Location really great, close to Pisa and Viareggio.

We had the house called orzo, which was a 2 Bedroom house, it was big and well equipped ( although didn't have a kettle) although I'm sure if asked it would have been supplied, but we made use of a pan, view amazing, swimming pool a huge welcome relief from the hot summer weather. Definitely need a car, but so close to the airport (15 mins) Lidl 3 mins down the road. Restaurant on site served great food but unfortunately only open on Friday and Saturday. Sometimes the bar was open between 5-7 but not every night. Owners very helpful with any questions I had, although they didn't speak a lot of English it was better than our Italian and we managed. Would love to return here, my son loved visiting the farm animals. thankyou for your hospitality

Could do with a mirror in the main bedroom. Other than that perfect.

Spacious apartment, nice pool

The second room is not suitable for adults, the beds are too short. So this apartment shouldn’t come up as an option for four adults. No bowls in the kitchen, only two wineglasses. It’s close to the road with quite some traffic. We had our patio on that side and it did disturb us. Also the environment is not so beautiful.

comfortable room with air conditioning in the heat of the Italian summer. Swimming pool. Have a 2 hour cocktail bar in the early evening but we were not informed of this by the person checking us in.

Too far away from anywhere to eat breakfast or dinner as neither are provided by the accommodation.

Really lovely place, super friendly staff and the grounds man have done a fantastic job with the place. The pool is nice and the seating area is lovely. Highly recommend staying here over than in central Pisa especially if you have a car. We’ve done both and wish we stayed here instead of central the first time. Central & Airport are 10-15 min drive and there is an incredible resturant 4 mins away called Ristoro Risotteria Grigliera that you must check out while you’re here. Rooms are super clean and a decent size. Thank you for hosting us :)
