Beautiful place.

Spotless hotel close to Livourno, very practical for a night before taking a ferry. Comfortable beds. Nice garden for the small children to play.

The swimming pool closes at 19:30, so if you arrive late you cannot use it. Also, you need to buy a special cap to be able to enjoy the swim within the opening hours. No possibility to have dinner or breakfast at the property.

Our apartment Biada house was beautiful. It had a lovely breeze in the hot summer and lots of space for our large family. Beautiful, peaceful scenery. The pool was lovely. The location is very close to a supermarket and a short drive away from the beaches and visiting Pisa. The food in the restaurant was very nice, and the hosts were so lovely and helpful.

Would definitely recommend using a car. Is quite a walk to the nearest town for food.

You can only stay at the property, you can’t go for a walk outside of the garden, there’s a road or private propertys around the house, otherwise you have to take your car. The bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable. A shower enclosure is small, for a tall person uncomfortable
