Bed mattresses could be newer. One small window- hard to get fresh air without AC. Breakfast could be better/ no meat, cheese or fresh bread options.

The place was well run by father and son. They went above and beyond to communicate & help us with bus times, recommended a brilliant restaurant (try out Za Za the best lobster spaghetti!!). Very helpful with reminders about what time to let them know if we wanted an evening meals as added throughout the stay. As it’s a B&B but the Dad cooks great authentic food and their own wine etc is 👌🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Amazing property surrounded by olive trees and nice views! Close to Florence. At the end of the garden there is a nice spot where you can admire sunsets. The owners (father and son) are very helpful and friendly. We recommend ordering dinner there, it's definitely made with love, they also make their own pasta! (For dinner :)) The building is very old and just beautiful, stunning old furniture, the kitchen is unique, with a really old fireplace and a big table (for breakfast delicious pastry is waiting for you everyday). Eugenio (owner) sent us the recommendations and all necessary information, contact was really good. To sum up, we felt wonderful there, the owners put their hearts and souls into this place.

Great location if you are planning a trip to Florance. We actually parked our car in a free parking 10min away from the property and took the bus directly to Florance. Great location for a sunset walk too.

You could describe the breakfast as "sparse and lacking variety, with limited options i.e if you opt for a simple toast we were not even offers a slice of ham or cheese. The option was just butter or jam.

A traditional Italian house lovely decorated with breathtaking views from the property. The hosts Eugenio and Pietro are very welcoming and they cook delicious food. We highly recommend having dinner at the property. The breakfast was also delicious and had traditional cakes. Very good location, easy to reach Florence and the small towns in the Chianti region. We had an amazing Tuscan experience and will come back for sure.

Nature was excellent, administrator was very helpful and very attentive.

The transport was the main problem ! Bus lines were rare and not regularly regarding the time table. We have been forced to use the taxi. Taxi drivers started the taxi-meter with 5 Eur upfront and except the value showed in the display at the very end they added another 5 Eur !!! The breakfast was of the Italian style.... lot of sweetness
