The location, the view, that facility and the staffs. We were there for a short stay but would love to come back and stay here longer. We also did horse riding and the staff there were very helpful as well.

Wonderful, fun, engaging stay. Family friendly, beautiful easy to find location amongst Tuscan hills and it was an easy drive to Volterra from there. Delicious restaurant, lots of onsite amenities worthwhile.

Room was a little dark

The property is amazing. Tucked into the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside, it has everything you could want out of a stay in Tuscany. Pool was wonderful, with incredible views! We loved the horses, and that they free roamed around the property. Playground and overall incredibly kid friendly. Relaxing property. Apartment was well equipped and the shower was hot! The overall vibes of this place are wonderful. Staff at the restaurant and the "parties" were kind and welcoming. Overall an amazing stay and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you for an amazing Tuscan holiday!!

We stayed 5 nights and no fresh towels are offered or included. 5€ per towel, per person adds up quickly. Replacement towels should be offered for longer stays. As others have mentioned, there's no housekeeping- even for long stays. We had to take our own trash and recycling out, and we're offered 1x trash bag for 5 people for 5 nights. All of this is understandable/manageable but then we were charged €80 on checkout for cleaning. We had to purchase our own trash bags and extra toilet paper. Given the price of the accommodation, this isn't a deal breaker but I think these policies should be better advertised to equip guests with what they need to bring, but what to expect on checkout. These minor issues didn't impact our stay but are worth mentioning for future guests!

The view is amazing! The facilities, especially the pool, is also great. Really convenient with the restaurant, take away-pizza and breakfast to order at the premises.

The apartment could have been cleaner and had a few maintenance issues (clogged drain, leaking faucet, broken sofa etc). But the main drawback for us was the constant stream of bachelorette parties (at the most, 4 groups at once) weddings and celebrations all the time. People everywhere, noise until late at night and really busy, stressed staff. It felt a bit inappropriate to be having dinner and breakfast with our small kids, next to 10-15 drunk women with crude necklaces (genitalia).
