Pra quem procura luxo esse não é o lugar. Porém muito limpo, aparenta ser um negócio de família. Local estilo medieval. Quarto aparenta um pensionato, sem luxo, mas limpo e agradável.

Café da manhã. Talvez por ser um lugar pequeno. Era um croissant e café ou capuccino.

The location was hard to find but it was a quiet and calm space. Very bare bones and if I was on pilgrimage it would be good. However I was there for work and it had very few of the things I was needing. No one's fault just I needed an iron, coffee maker, better wifi, etc. Very kind staff who helped as much as they could.

walls were super thin. Could hear everything. No available coffee or tea, no water fountain, etc.

Struttura immersa nell'uliveto e nel contempo posizione ottima con accesso a piedi al centro di Assisi.

Camera con allestimento, impianti, serramenti, finiture molto molto datate

Le chauffage dans la chambre ne marchait pas, alors qu il faisait 3 degres la nuit. Le chauffage dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait qu en inondant la salle de bain avec de l eau Orange. La 2ieme nuit, il n y avait pas d eau chaude du tout. Le wifi ne fonctionnait qu à la reception. C est dans un autre batiment. La vue est nulle: la chambre est en sous-sol et la petite fenetre avec grillage est au ras du sol et elle ne s ouvre pas. L acces depuis la route n est pas flechee ni indiquee. J ai eu beaucoup de difficulte pour trouver l endroit. Pas de reception joignable après 18h. Le numéro de téléphone indique sur Booking.com répond qu il n a rien à voir avec l hotel.

Bedroom had leak which even reported wasnt fixed. Wet floor to the toilet. Just a bed and linen in the room. Not even a kettle, iron or an extra pillow. No Wiffi at all the wgole block. Very hard to get help from owners. Difficult check-in. Information in the keysafe should state breakfast ro be booked. Please make your pkace comfortable for residents since your place is ideally located for pilgrims.
