"3 night stay"

Quiet setting on the farm. Lovely hot tub with views over the fields and hills. A couple of nice restaurants in the town less than 2 miles away. Friendly family-run business with just a couple of other cottages

All good, nothing to say

"An excellent stay where luxury meets a quaint farm"

10.0

If you are looking for a chic farm luxury stay .. come to South Barlogan Farm! My family of 9 booked all three buildings, every little detail made us feel welcome and added that little extra something to our stay. Our host’s Colene and Scot were lovely, warm and welcoming great communication. I wish we had time to stay longer. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Scotland

"Cosy accommodation with stunning views"

9.0

Our stay at South Barlogan Farm was truly wonderful. The accommodation was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into creating a welcoming space. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating—friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for places to visit in the area. One of the highlights for the kids was getting to feed the alpacas and chooks, which made the experience even more special. The view from the accommodation was breathtaking, overlooking open fields with animals grazing—such a peaceful and idyllic setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique countryside escape.

Absolutely stunning little cottage on a quiet farm, tucked away from the rest of the world. Scott and Colene were exceptional hosts, absolutely lovely people and couldn't do enough for us. Immaculately kept very nicely decorated, a real pleasure to stay there.

"Charming little cottage"

10.0

The Hen Hoose is such a charming little cottage - we had the best time here. It's cosy, warm and comfortable and it has everything to make your stay perfect. We did a few lovely walks and runs around the farm. It's also a perfect spot for day trips to Loch Lomond and Clyde Muirshiel Park. Nothing feels better than soaking in the hot tub after a long walk, watching the farm animals. Thank you Colene and family for an excellent stay!

"A fantastic stay at South Barlogan Farm"

10.0

The farm was excellent. Both my girls had the best stay here, with animals out of the windows and plenty of chances to interact with them. Colene was a fantastic host, always on hand. The cottage was set up well, with a nice welcome basket and clear information throughout which made the stay easy and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back next time we visit Scotland! So well located, twenty minutes from Glasgow city centre but feels very remote.

The things we didn't like were really very minor, the beds were a little uncomfortable and the washing machine made the lights flicker - really so minor! Still a 10/10 stay!
