Everything, the location was so peaceful, the pool was incredible the kids never wanted to get out. Even though the place was fully booked we often had the pool to ourselves and the place never felt busy.

L'atmosfera che si respira è di vera Toscana, tranquillità e personale molto accohliente. Francesco, il proprietario è gentile e di cuore. Le stanze pulitissime con bagno ristrutturato da poco. Il patio è perfetto per godersi le serate e le colazioni. Il top è la piscina. Ritorneremo sicuramente

We verbleven in appartement Rosa. Twee ruime slaapkamers. Prima badkamers. Een eigen keuken met ruime koelkast en vriesgedeelte. Je kunt heerlijk op je eigen prive plek buiten zitten. Het meest opvallende is het personeel, echte Italiaanse gastvrijheid. Enorm behulpzaam, geven tips en adviezen over restaurants. Maken reserveringen bij restaurants. Dank je wel Sara, je hebt ons verblijf onvergetelijk gemaakt. 1 keer een ontbijt besteld, dat was ook fantastisch. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk. Genoeg bedden, en schaduw, een relaxe sfeer. Vriendelijke gasten toen wij er waren.

Niets, we hebben nergens een klacht over. Als we heel kritisch zijn, dan zou het douchegordijn iets langer kunnen zijn zodat het droger blijft. En 1 airco in de slaapkamer kan schoongemaakt worden, die ruikt niet fris. Maar wij hebben deze nauwelijks aan gehad, dat was niet nodig.

We booked a big apartment and stayed for a whole month with friends and family. It was an amazing place to spend time with dead ones. The staff was great and so friendy (a big thank you to everyone). We also participated to pizza party every week. The food was delicious ❤️ and we got to hear great stories from other guests. The whole place si so charming, especially the pool area. Lovely. Everything we planned to visit was one hour away so it was perfect for day trips.

The location was excellent, everything was wonderful !

The property was beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was very well appointed with a full kitchen and everything you need to cook with if you want to. The pizza party was awesome with meats and cheeses, bruschetta, lots of pizza, wine both red and white and lemonchello. The staff was helpful and friendly and really makes you feel welcome.

It is a fantastic place in the middle of Tuscany. Beautiful property with amazing nature. They are super welcoming and we felt at home. Would definitely return.

The shower doesn’t really work well when you want it hot but that didn’t prevent us to enjoy our stay. I found a bit inconvenient that we have to drive to dispose of our trash.
