Superb relaxing few days in the Tuscan countryside, a perfect location for families and couples alike. Would be great for families travelling together. Basket of local food items and fridge with drinks including Soya milk, water juice, eggs etc were all an added bonus as was the invite to a wine tasting locally. Really good base for anyone wanting to spend time in Tuscany. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and nearby town with all you need to purchase food wise. Lovely Grazie!

We loved that the apartment looked and felt like a traditional Tuscan house. It was very spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

The hot water was temperamental while showering & not having a proper shower screen door meant there was water all over the floor after 5 ppl showered each day. This was uncomfortable when using the toilet as you had to wear shoes to avoid getting wet feet & be careful not to slip.

The location is just a perfection. It's away from civilization and that was the best for us. The way till there is just a balsam for eyes - Tuscany in all its glory. By car you can reach nearest market in 7minutes. Volterra is around half hour away and San Gimignano is also not that far away. Stuff was very friendly, they advised us what to check, what to see while staying there. As a welcome gift we received amazing wine and a book in the end of stay. The apartment was in the style of coutryside house, but bathroom modern and very nice. Really beautiful apartment. We travelled with two toddlers who were just amazed by landscape and playcourt. They didn't even want to go home from there. Definitely highly recommended for families who want to escape from stress life and to enjoy in peaceful and amazing countryside. Definitely returning back there in next years.

Great location and beautiful structures and surroundings. Both Francesco the owner and Diletta the reception manager were super friendly and tried to help a lot with nearby restaurants, activities and open supermarkets during the holiday 😀. Apartment facilities were very comfortable and clean, and there's also a great seating area and playground outside. Pool was not open yet this time of year.

Not enough breakfast opportunities in case you prefer to order in rather than prepare it yourself, heating was not included in the original price but was only a few extra Euros.

The yard is quite big, a lot of space for kids to run and have fun.

Only one bath for the 6 persons apartment, not enough. The only food store opened on Sunday evening was quite far from the location.

Francisco was so incredibly kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond to schedule us a fantastic dinner at Villa Lucindia (outstanding experience). Definitely recommend this place if you want amazing hospitality and to relax in the beautiful countryside.

If you are looking to be in a bigger city (which we were not), this may not be the place for you.

Amazing location and amazing toscan style of exterior and interior. Makes you feel closer to old days culture or even to the roman era..

the only thing that surprised me is the fact that you are charged separately for heating. seems so basic to us but ( like water and electricity) but we also dont understand the current energy problem in italy, so this is something that we can look away - special times :)

The welcome party organized on the day of arrival. Francesco was really helpful and kind with us. The room was spacious. The wine tasting was for free and that was a plus.
