Very beautiful place and very friendly host

New, well designed apartments and accommodation in general. Excellent bathroom, good Wi-Fi signal, air conditioning. Just an incredible view from the window to the hills. Delicious and interesting dinner. It is very pleasant to walk in the garden, where many interesting fruits and vegetables grow. Nice boys from the staff. Good location, not far from Florence, outlet and other important and interesting places.

Probably the owner Alfonso seemed to us somewhat strict or closed. It was impossible to eat in the rooms (but this was not a big minus for us, I write more to warn others). Spiders lived in the bathroom, unfortunately they were not removed at our request. A fairly simple breakfast (Coffee, jams, fruit, cake, sliced ​​cheese and meat).

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and you can have a dinner on request, which was perfect for us as we arrived late evening. the rooms are newly refurbished and have lovely decor.

If you have disabled or have difficulty walking, the restaurant is up a steep slope with steps. but the staff were very accommodating and gave us a room on the ground level.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and found that everything was simple and of great quality! The house and garden is extremely well maintained and the staff were sure to take care of any request. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, food was delicious and prepared with care, and bonus points if you love animals - there are several very sweet and friendly pets around to greet you. Would highly recommend!

Newly refurbished farmhouse, we had a spacious room, spotless clean, with a very comfortable bed and a newly installed air conditioning. The food at the restaurant is excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Alfonso is a great host. The location is very good for visiting Mugello as well as Florence, but only if you travel by your own means of transport.

The swimming pool is not there yet but it is coming soon (there is a booklet at the reception describing the whole renovation project). Wifi is sometimes erratic but this is always the case in Italy in the hilly areas, there is not much that one can do about it.
