Place was peaceful and so very cute. The owner met us at the door and was very friendly. Fresh farm eggs and bread were offered for breakfast. I will be back.

Very nicely furnished and well equipped apartment. Lovely hosts. The horses were a bonus!

A means to make real coffee would be great!

This is a great farm stay. Very comfortable and thee added litte touches, fresh eggs, bread etc in the fridge make it extra good.

Maybe a brighter light in the bathroom, make shaving easier.

Renovated stables are now available very comfortable air bnb.The rural vista was lovely after a day of travelling. A warm welcome and good advice on nearby eatery. Close to both Rangiora and Kaiapo.

GPS gave us the location but property needs a sign at the entrance.

Charm of decore, kitchen and laundry appliances and bathroom we’re exceptional.

A coffee maker and drawers or wardrobe would be improvements.
