"Absolutely loved our stay."

The hosts were awesome, friendly, and accommodating. The little extras in the kitchen made it feel like home. The personal touches and thoughtfulness that has gone into the accommodation are perfect. The property is beautifully kept and in a great location.

"A Country Gem"

Loved the fire and radiator heating system. Owners lit the fire for us to ensure we were cosy and warm. It's a very peaceful, private setting with extra comfy beds.

"Delightful country accommodation"

An absolutely awesome place - halfway between Rangiora & Kaipoi so perfect Country feels but close to the towns Owners are friendly and delightful people Supplied fresh eggs for breakfast A converted barn and renovated so beautifully Wood fire kept the place very cosy plus several heaters

Nothing negative no onsite wifi but good cell coverage so it wasn't a bother

It's a lovely quiet location but close to town. Great place, very unique ,wonderful design and decor. A super comfy bed and cozy fire.

Was great having eggs for breakfast, would have liked egg cups. Maybe bread to toast to be fully perfect.

"Great stay, would recommend and stay again."

great comfortable accommodation, with friendly hosts.

the only slight downside was that it was slightly drafty on the 2nd morning but that couldn’t be helped due to the weather. It had a fantastic wood burner with plenty of wood if needed and heaters.
