"Lovely weekend getaway"

Awesome facilities, lovely routes for hiking and trail running, lots of wild life, the veld is beautiful, lovely swimming pool, amazing staff.

The food was not amazing. The huts could do with a few more hooks to hang wet towels etc.

The views were perfect. The room was very clean and the place also is clean. The staff is also nice, we were assisted by Nyeleti and Francina.

We couldn't go to the restaurant because there were dogs all over under the tables and all. We wanted to swim but we found the dogs swimming also so we ended up not swimming.

Thank very much. Loved my stay at Summerplace. It's a beautiful farm in the Waterberg. The Sunrise and Sunset game drives were great. Had wonderful sightings of various Antelope in really good condition such as Sable, Roan, Eland, Kudu, Giraffe etc. Thoroughly enjoyed my HideOut (luxury tent). The food at the restaurant was very good. The staff were so friendly. I plan to go back. Thanks so much everyone for the great escape into the bush.

"A lovely peaceful stay close to Johannesburg"

The property was spacious and private. Even though we were close to the communal tennis courts we still had privacy. The kitchen is very well fitted out. The game drive was really lovely and calming.

There were lots of flies, wasps and mosquitoes with no spray available in the house or at the shop.

"It was a beautiful stay."

It safe and very quiet when you want to be out of the city. I like the staff and the food. The lady at the reception was very nice and professional, enjoyed the game drive , the guy was also very friendly with us. It’s a beautiful place , I would like to come and stay there again.

I booked the place because of the jacuzzi that was displayed on Bookings .com but our house did not have one and I was disappointed.We wanted to swim at the main pool next to the restaurant but the dogs were swimming in the same pool.

"Peaceful and private bush escape"

We had a lovely weekend at Summerplace, staying at the Bushwillow Chalet. It was peaceful, private, and perfect for a bush escape. The hot tub was a highlight, and Nyeleti was so kind and amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only downside was that there was no hot water on the day of check-out.
