It was quiet, cozy and clean.

The wifi does not reach the room we stayed in. You will need to sit by the pool to have access to the wifi. When we notified the property owner, he said there was nothing he could do.

"Great location and good base for exploring local area."

Great location and views, easy walking distance into Assisi (although please note this is up quite a steep hill!). Nice breakfast and loved the pool with the views.

Rooms were basic and shower was very small.
