The location is absolutely beautiful. Our room right next to the pool was amazing and we really enjoyed the amazing scenery, wildlife, and overall location of the property. The staff was friendly, checking in and out was easy. Any issues we had were remedied promptly.

The AC was not quite as cold as we had hoped, but it was okay. There is nowhere to put your luggage in the room as it is a bit cramped. We asked for a crib, but it was not provided. I suggest providing a list of local places to purchase things like water, food, snacks, etc since those are not available at the property.

The pool really makes this place. Very serene with amazing views of Assisi

Rooms were very basic. Also don't stay here if you don't have a car, as it's tucked away in the countryside and 5-10 mins drive to the nearest town

Nice agriturismo. The view from the pool is outstanding.

Spacious. Good breakfast. A very friendly lady who served a breakfast.

We liked the hosts, they are so nice and there hospitality is the best, and we liked the breakfast that was sooooo tasty and perfectly prepared. it's perfect place for relaxing, there is a place where kids can play, and is out of crowd.

Great pool and amazing views. Room was ok a little small and brightly coloured.

No where close to buy water or any essentials - 30 minute walk in boiling heat to the nearest super market. Reception sells water but isn’t always open when needed

Amazing Location, Beautiful place and well kept. The AC units are weak and when we experienced a heat wave in August we didn’t rest well at night... The beds and the pillows are too harsh unfortunately. The pool is amazing - would have loved it to be open until 9pm or 10pm for weekend. Could use more umbrellas. Overall - we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.
