Excelente localização, sentimo-nos em casa. Tudo preparado com carinho e cuidado! Tivemos o privilégio de ter um quarto com vista Rio. A anfitriã Graça muito simpática e disponível, sugeriu-nos alguns passeios e gostamos muito 🤩 O pequeno almoço caseiro é delicioso. Iremos voltar de certeza!

That is a surreal place. The house is clean and nice. Lots of history. The staff was welcoming and spent lots of time showing the property, explaining the location, history and sharing some tips. The village is 10 minutes walk away and I found it very charming. There are 2 hiking trails. Very beautiful but not difficult. The path along the river was temporarily closed after the winter flooding. Good breakfast.

The family are awesome, they spent lots of their time giving us lots of good informations. The place is beautiful. The room is in a good size for 3, the beds are confortable and all places smells nice. The breakfast is delicious! We loved the views, the village, the people, castle and the fluvial beach. I'm looking forward to visit it again and stay more days. Thank you very much for everything we really appreciate.

Excellent and quiet location, even though the train passes close you don´t notice it The place is well taken care, and decorated with style Very friendly and nice staff, doing everything to make you feel comfortable Great breakfast, well presented, delicious food, fresh squeezed orange juice The atmosphere of the place is remarkable, it looks at you’re at a family member villa, feeling at home

Our room was just across the main entrance, so we suggest that the windows above the doors should be blacked, to avoid that the automatic light disturbs when it goes on. The doors make noise when you close or open them, normal for the type, but at night that can be disturbing, so finding a solution to avoid that noise it will be nice. The floor “reacts” when you walk via front door, there’s a carpet, but I believe that’s to thin to avoid footsteps noise, specially at night

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful location with views over the river. A beautiful home with shared lounge. Everything was in top condition. Thoughtful touches such as the presentation of the towels and jug of water in the room. Good choice for breakfast, artistically presented.
