No TV or radio. Interior needs a little updating. Front door requires repair difficult to close.

Best catered stay ever. Everything you need! Ericka made us a fantastic breakfast as well. Amazing hospitality and so peaceful.

A quiet cottage surrounded by farmland. Safe and secure with beautiful views and amazing star gazing at night. Lovely warm stove fire and a cottage full of character. We played boards games in candlelight during the load shedding a real throw back. There were so many special touches with tea, coffee, milk and cake. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. Ericka made a delicious breakfast to set us on our way. We had absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful stay, thank you.

The owner was extremely welcoming and accommodating to us. We made the booking at the last minute, as we had a road accident and urgently needed a place to stay (2 families with children). She identified a more appropriate house for us to all stay in together (different from what booking.com had suggested), she quickly whipped together a nice dinner for everyone, and she provided breakfast in the morning.

There was load-shedding and no generator, but at least they provided lots of candles.

Backup Power for loadshedding and WiFi

Erika was a lovely host and we had a wonderful stay. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast freshly prepared for us by Ericka. The accommodation is well equipped and in an idyllic location. The landscape is stunning.
