"EXcellent"

The breakfast was outstanding. The dinner we had was also lovely. It is a very nice place to stay -- super cute and modern with a lovely view of La Spezia. It was a little hard to find and it is a hike from the train station but that's what makes it so enchanting.

"worth fighting the steps a beautiful chill out"

it was the perfect chill out, relaxing one night stop.

the steps down to the property. the only way to access it. they were very very steep. to be honest if we had read this we wouldn’t of stayed but we are glad we didn’t. you leave suitcases in car and simply take toothbrush and clean pants!

Such a blissful place. Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay and relax for a day before our hiking trip to Cinque Terre. Thank you Serena for making this place exceptional.

The property is located in an amazing place. Quiet peaceful place. Romantic, magical atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Lots of amenities for guests. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful rooms and an area for guests' use. Great wine and food.

The restaurant is open in the evenings. Only on certain days. For my six day stay, it was only open on two evenings.

"An absolute jewel in La Spezia!"

On top of La Spezia, amazing view. Very clean villa with friendly owners. A cosy place which made us feel at home. We wanted to extend our stay a bit it was unfortunately full for the next days:( we also had dinner and it was just delicious. We will surely go back!

There is really nothing missing.

The owners are very lovely and accommodating. Unfortunately we were only there for the night, but the stay was wonderful and the villa is beautiful.
