Pet friendly, well equipped, very peaceful location. Great communication from staff. Felt very well looked after.

A little late night noise from neighboring farm staff housing on Saturday evening (late night party/music)? - nothing excessive, ended by 11pm but quite out of place for the usually extremely peaceful and quiet location. Not under the control of the property management so just to be aware people are living their normal happy lives while you're on a quiet holiday and to just to expect some celebratory noise on occasion.

The property had everything we needed for our stay. Especially well stocked wood for the hot tub, braai and fires. Enclosed garden and dog walking options a HUGE plus for peace of mind.

Wouldn't change a thing. Will without be back!

Langdam is situated on a beautiful farm. The surroundings are picturesque, and everything was so peaceful. The facilities at the dam is good.

They could pay attention to making the cottage more practical, for example: adding the necessary cutlery in the kitchen (such as an egg lifter, sharp vegetable knives), placing mirrors in the room, hanging space in the bathrooms, and the light at the braai area didn’t work. These are small things that can be done to make the cottage more 'comfortable'."

Wow what a nice getaway! Will definitely be back to experience Langdam in winter. Friendly people who made you feel even more welcome. We enjoyed everything especially the privacy and peacefulness of the place.

Tranquil setting and perfect place to have a relaxing break away. Being dog friendly was an extra bonus and our daughter's dog had a great time too. Hosts were particularly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

There are not enough stars for langdam Guest Farm. The hostess Bernita was exceptional . Bernita was always responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She even baked us a fresh batch of rusks to take home. I stayed at shepards' cottage, and it had everything we needed. Right down to electric blankets. A huge plus was the fact a menu was available, and we did not need to bother with cooking. The meals were absolutely sublime. My boy max loved the hikes and swimming in the dam. Bernita was so considerate with regards to organizing walking schedules for all the fur babies. I will definitely be back.
