Reception far from room, parking outside not front of house No fully equipped kitchen in room, No toaster No matches or lighter (got one afterwards) No tongs No vegan breakfast or dinner available for us Long grass in the property not allowing walks around with kids. Beautiful area for such a poorly maintenance Wifi doesn’t reach bedroom Cats everywhere, can’t open windows because no fly screens installed and the cats squeeze inside You have to take Rubish outside to the bins at checkout otherwise you get penalised. They tried to charge me for a crib, which we didn’t request and they didn’t provide

Beautiful scenery, lovely pool area, restaurant on site, great breakfast

- I wasn’t aware there were two separate sites which meant a short (uphill) walk for breakfast - but we actually enjoyed the morning walk in beautiful surroundings - There are cats around which were abit of a pain as we were travelling with a baby and they constantly jumped up on our table so we couldn’t use the outside area of our apartment

The attitude of the reception manager. We booked two rooms, same ones and same price. We got one which is bigger than the other one. We asked to change but we have been told that if we don't like it, we an leave...

Perfect place to relax, nice swimming pool and excellent dinner and breakfast, easy short drive to the Tuscany attractions, like the Castle San Gimignano

Everything was excellent to our needs, the staff was very helpful, and the food was amazing, we will recommend to our family and for sure we will be back
