Lovely hosts (and friendly dogs) where nothing was too much trouble. Great semi rural location and got free tour to meet the horses.

Bed a bit uncomfortable for one of us but not really an issue for a weekend stay.

"An enjoyable stay in a rural environment close to the coast and the major road network."

The location was excellent, up a wide, well maintained track but only minutes from the major roads. The family were very welcoming and the dogs, horses and donkeys added to the experience. There was a good pub nearby for good value meals. Easy to get to the metro link into Newcastle.

The owners have done their best to enable guests to prepare their own breakfasts but the room does not really support self catering. Breakfast being provided would enhance the experience.

"Winter be back"

Can't rate breakfast that isn't offered. Owners dogs and other animals lovely.

Bathroom dirty, owners wife was rude. No breakfast on offer.
