Something was happening next door it was followed in the morning by emergency services. The owner could have come round and told us.

Incredible location, with a beautiful view looking over farmland to the lake. Very small but comfortable cottage with everything you need. Special touch of homemade fudge on arrival :)

Everything we could possibly need was supplied in the compact little cottage. The sheep were super friendly and the host was helpful and delightful to talk to. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside and the birdsong was a highlight. We would certainly consider a return trip.
