Snowberry Cottage at Lochsloy Farm Little River

The location is incredible and the views were stunning. The animals around the farm were a delight and the host was lovely and welcoming. Nice touch having a BBQ and the parking onsite was also great.

It was far too hot in the evening, there was only one small fan and this wasn’t strong enough. The bed is also high to the ceiling which also doesn’t help with the heat. I also banged my head about 10 times. If we went during a colder period I am sure it would have been perfect.

The interior was nice, the kitchen well-equipped, everything was clean, and the views are absolutely stunning. We enjoyed every second of our stay.

Bathroom is a bit small.

I liked the animals and watching the sun go down, the host was very friendly and welcoming. It was clean, and I enjoyed talking to the sheep and the cat.

Gorgeous little house with stunning views. All you could need in a small space. Good location for exploring the peninsula. Loved our time there.

Quirky lovely little cottage, on a farm with a beautiful view. Clean inside, comfortable bed, washing machine and Marie the hostess was lovely and friendly. It was very cosy, and if you don't mind this, then I highly recommend it

Great location on Banks Beninsula with awesome views and really nestled in nature. Loved that I could drive down to have a fossick on Birdling Flat beach and then gaze at the stars later on. V comfy and all that I needed for the night. Had brought some pre prepared food which made things easy

Couldnt find any cooking utensils but it was OK

Loved the peaceful and idilic setting. The owner was very friendly and gave us some great tourist tips and brought over some lovely fudge on arrival.

The cabin would benefit of some shade cover or umbrella for the small deck, as it got too hot to sit outside in the afternoon. There was no milk to go with the coffee/tea that was provided and some more toiletries would be good ( there was one bottle without a label in the bathroom, but I didn’t know whether it was shampoo or body wash) These are small things and it didn’t detract from the lovely stay we had, but it’s something that most places do supply.
